Status of the Institute

AGX is in its establishment phase. It has not yet described itself, and should not be described by others, as an incorporated, registered or tax-exempt organization. Statements about what AGX is building describe intended outcomes.

AGX and projects

AGX develops and stewards knowledge, standards and system architecture. It does not invest in, own or operate projects. Where this website refers to the Integrated Agricultural Industrial Corridor (IAIC) or to other corridors, regions or projects, project vehicles finance and own the assets, separately governed, and operators run them. APDC Holdings is the originating sponsor of AGX and is a separate organization.

Forward-looking statements

This website describes programs, platforms and events that are being designed or prepared, including the Food Systems Blueprint Lab. Plans can change. Dates, formats, participants and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Accuracy and corrections

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free. If you find an error, tell us at hello@agxinstitute.org. We correct errors openly. See the citation and open policy.

Names, logos and content

“AgriGENESIS X”, “AGX” and the AGX logos identify the Institute. Do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without our written agreement. Press and editorial use of the logos is covered on the media page. Reuse of written publications follows the citation and open policy.
